Quality Project Management is to supervise and manage the progress, quality control and quality assurance of supplier’s project according to project requirement of the client. We will provide technical and quality guidance to ensure the product quality conformance, project progress in order and minimizing the project management cost.

Quality Project Management involves:

---Participation in planning of the project schedule

---Tracking product design and development

---Tracking process design and development

---Product review(including sample confirmation)

---Technology review and production capacity analysis before approval of mass production

---Production progress monitoring and manufacturing process control

---Product outgoing inspection

---Feedback, corrective action and follow up verification of quality problems

---Loading supervision
